Owns product strategy and development for electronic funds transfer and payment rails. Responsibilities include market research, product launches, project oversight, risk and compliance, budgeting, stakeholder management, industry engagement, and leading specialists to implement payment products aligned with business and customer strategies.

Build client relationships, understand customer needs, recommend tailored financial solutions, guide customers toward digital and self-service banking channels, and achieve sales targets. The role requires clear communication, accurate compliance with banking processes, customer education, data analysis, empathy, product knowledge, and flexibility to work shifts. This is a 12-month hourly contract supporting FNB’s Alternative Channel Pick ’n Pay initiative.

Provides compliant, customer-focused banking services in a high-volume branch environment. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, selling and cross-selling appropriate financial products, directing customers to digital and self-service channels, processing transactions, managing leads and follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to FAIS, FICA, TCF, and internal governance requirements.
