Provide Tier 2 on-site and remote IT support across four school campuses: troubleshoot and repair staff and student devices, deploy and inventory hardware, maintain desktops/printers/AV systems, assist with network/system administration, manage tickets and vendors, and ensure compliance with technology and data security policies.

Coordinates special education compliance, documentation, deadlines, IEP implementation, accommodations, assessments, and service delivery. Collaborates with students, families, teachers, paraprofessionals, and providers to support academic and behavioral progress. Observes, coaches, and trains school staff while ensuring students with disabilities access the general education curriculum and meet their goals.
