Design end-to-end AI agent experiences across campaigns, translating goals into user behaviors, interaction patterns, conversational flows, content hierarchy, progression, and calls to action. Analyze behavioral and performance data to optimize experiences, collaborate with technical and client-facing teams, identify product and measurement gaps, and establish reusable design principles and frameworks for a scalable Agent Experience Design practice.
