Independently approves consumer, commercial, and residential mortgage credit requests within delegated authority. Reviews lower-level credit decisions, validates risk ratings, confirms pre-closing conditions and policy compliance, and supports portfolio risk management. The role also coaches Credit Analysts, contributes to underwriting standards and credit policy, and partners with lending and Credit Administration teams on complex transactions.

Independently approves complex consumer, commercial, and residential mortgage loans within delegated authority. Performs one-up reviews, validates risk ratings, conducts pre-closing compliance reviews, evaluates policy exceptions, and identifies portfolio risks. Mentors credit analysts and approvers, supports credit policy development, advises on complex underwriting matters, and promotes consistent risk management and credit quality across the organization.
