Supervise and manage a regional travel team delivering sales, service and operational compliance across community bank locations. Hire, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate travel teammates; conduct audits and spot checks; support retail and small business product sales; collaborate with regional leadership to scale initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance. Represent the bank at community events and perform interim branch management as needed.

Process and reconcile domestic and international wire transfers accurately and on time. Investigate exceptions, manage fraud prevention and recalls, perform customer verifications, and support process improvements. Meet KPIs/SLA, follow compliance and regulatory requirements, and act as a resource for teammates while maintaining high-quality customer service.
