Leads mortgage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, management reporting, expense management, and long-range modeling. Partners with mortgage and bank leadership on pricing, compensation, staffing, allocations, portfolio economics, and financial results. Oversees mortgage-specific lending and servicing analysis, including gain-on-sale, hedging, and MSR impacts. Builds repeatable processes using advanced Excel and AI, leads supporting staff, and presents actionable insights to executives and the Board.

The Credit Analyst I analyzes loan data, prepares reports for Loan Officers, manages financial files, and communicates effectively within the bank.

Analyze and monitor financial condition and creditworthiness of individuals and businesses, prepare credit memos and reports, manage loan files, advise loan officers, and recommend credit structure within policy for relationships typically $500K–$2M.
