Teams at First United Bank

Provides technical support to bank employees and serves as a liaison between business units, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. Leads platform projects, gathers requirements, evaluates technology solutions, documents systems and procedures, supports servers, desktops, networks, banking applications, and enterprise systems, and addresses security, regulatory, and operational controls. Also maintains project status reporting, trains users, and ensures high levels of internal customer satisfaction.

Supports the bank’s information security program through technical audits, access reviews, security log and SIEM analysis, vulnerability and asset scans, trend reporting, and discrepancy investigation. The analyst uses advanced Excel functions and PowerShell for data analysis, prepares reports for security and IT leadership, supports audit remediation and security implementation projects, and collaborates with IT, business departments, management, and vendors.

Administers credit processes under corporate policy, reviews and tracks loan documentation, maintains collateral and credit files, prepares document reports, scans records, organizes communications, and complies with banking procedures. Requires attention to detail, initiative, communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
