Leads regional sales operations across First Supply’s Northern Region by directing, coaching, and developing sales staff; creating sales plans; growing customer relationships and market share; managing forecasts, budgets, compensation programs, and profitability; and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also oversees hiring and performance management, collaborates on marketing initiatives, monitors competitive conditions, supports product selection, and travels regionally more than 50% of the time.

Provides customer service and sales support for fluid-handling products by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, managing customer accounts, communicating availability and lead times, resolving issues, and coordinating timely fulfillment with sales and operations teams. The role uses ERP and CRM systems to track interactions and order activity while maintaining product knowledge and delivering effective customer solutions.

Prepares accurate, competitive quotes for commercial plumbing, HVAC, and fluid handling projects. Responsibilities include analyzing specifications, completing takeoffs, developing cost breakdowns, tracking revisions, meeting bid deadlines, collaborating with sales, operations, vendors, contractors, and engineers, and improving quotation processes. The role requires strong technical product knowledge, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving ability, and experience with industry quoting or estimating.
