Leads enterprise-wide operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes, reducing costs, improving efficiency, and implementing sustainable workflows. The role develops performance scorecards and process documentation, coordinates cross-functional teams and contractors, manages improvement projects, and partners with business leaders to align operational changes with company objectives. It requires expertise in Lean or Six Sigma, ERP systems, wholesale distribution operations, inventory management, and process improvement.

Promotes plumbing, heating, and related distribution products to new and existing business customers. Responsibilities include sales calls, account development, quotations, customer service, competitive research, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining records, attending industry events, and supporting sales and profit goals within a local territory.

Leads regional sales operations across First Supply’s Northern Region by directing, coaching, and developing sales staff; creating sales plans; growing customer relationships and market share; managing forecasts, budgets, compensation programs, and profitability; and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also oversees hiring and performance management, collaborates on marketing initiatives, monitors competitive conditions, supports product selection, and travels regionally more than 50% of the time.
