Teams at First Student

Assist the bus driver in ensuring student safety on daily routes. Help students board and exit, support children with special needs, enforce safety rules, communicate with the driver, and provide care and encouragement.

Serve as primary client contact for routing, student information, and schedules. Manage daily trip operations, troubleshoot issues, ensure driver compliance, build and modify routes, communicate with districts, parents, drivers and partners, generate reports, and escalate problems to appropriate teams. Provide high-level customer service and may support bilingual responsibilities and cross-train with other departments.
