Teams at First Service Bank

Leads enterprise-wide risk management, regulatory compliance, examination readiness, internal controls, BSA/AML, fraud risk, audit coordination, credit risk, CECL oversight, vendor management, and risk reporting. Partners with executives, the Board, regulators, counsel, and department leaders to identify emerging risks, remediate control gaps, strengthen accountability, and support responsible bank growth.

Processes and reconciles daily deposit transactions, resolves discrepancies, supports deposit product implementation and audits, and ensures compliance with banking regulations. Collaborates across departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and current regulatory knowledge.

Develops business relationships and grows core deposits for a community bank. Responsibilities include prospecting, retention calls, pipeline management, networking with businesses and community leaders, presenting banking and treasury solutions, attending community events, collaborating with internal teams, and providing responsive customer service. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, networking, presentation, and relationship-management abilities, along with banking product knowledge and a bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
