Provides operational, sales and administrative support to the Wealth Department. Interfaces with clients to answer inquiries, process account openings, manage referrals and client databases, prepare proposals and performance reports, coordinate business development and client events, assist with technology questions, and ensure compliance with banking, FINRA and SEC regulations.

Lead and oversee the Wealth Management Department, coach advisors, drive sales and client retention, manage compliance and vendor relationships (Osaic/Infinex), prepare budgets and reports, handle audits and complaints, and support business development.
