Own onboarding-focused product features from discovery through launch and optimization. Gather customer feedback, translate needs into requirements and user stories, prioritize backlogs, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales, and use data to improve adoption. Participate in Agile ceremonies and help customers achieve early success with the platform.

Lead supply chain and inventory product strategy, design and ship features for procurement, inventory, traceability, and BOM/MRP sync. Work closely with engineers and factory teams to prototype, run data queries, push code, conduct field research, and measure product impact to solve manufacturing supply chain bottlenecks.

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will solve customer challenges by creating software solutions, collaborating with clients, and ensuring satisfaction while owning the development and delivery of ION solutions.
