Develops change-management and user-adoption strategies, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, and manages Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid IT projects. Coaches project teams and promotes consistent delivery standards and continuous improvement.

The Forward Deployed Engineer partners with mining operations and IT to identify opportunities and deliver secure digital solutions. Responsibilities include business analysis, process mapping, solution design, data engineering, system integrations, analytics, AI and machine learning applications, software development, DevOps, testing, and production support. The role requires stakeholder collaboration, agile delivery, responsible AI practices, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards to create measurable operational value.
