Develops and maintains financial models, investment analyses, business cases, scenario analyses, dashboards, and management reports. Evaluates operational and investment decisions using DCF, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses; identifies value drivers, risks, and performance trends; supports Life of Mine and strategic planning; tracks benefits; and improves finance processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.

Provides cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end reporting for mining support operations. Partners with department leaders to identify risks, opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements. Uses ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI to deliver financial insights and ad hoc reports supporting management decisions and performance evaluation.

Provides technical expertise for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems on diesel-electric mining trucks. Responsibilities include condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, repairs, component lifecycle planning, parts and backlog management, KPI evaluation, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and SHE compliance. Trains, coaches, and mentors technicians in safe maintenance practices, troubleshooting, high-voltage systems, harnesses, cables, motors, alternators, and related mobile equipment components.
