Lead and develop the plant automation team to design, program, commission, and maintain control systems. Set strategic vision and metrics, support capital projects, enforce controls standards and change management, improve reliability, drive root-cause analysis, manage budget, ensure safety/code compliance, and support new product launches and documentation.

The role involves developing new absorbent product systems, supporting current products, and providing technical support while leading project objectives and team performance.

The Training Manager will oversee training programs, coordinate initiatives for new team members, and enhance employee skills and productivity to align with business needs.
