Provides day-to-day employment law counseling to HR and business leaders across the employee lifecycle. Advises on employment compliance, policies, accommodations, leave, labor and contractor agreements, immigration, restrictive covenants, litigation, and regulatory developments. Drafts and negotiates legal documents, conducts training, assesses risk, and manages outside counsel. Requires strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, business-oriented judgment, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload independently.

Processes and reviews accounts payable invoices, performs three-way matching, resolves variances and automation exceptions, executes payment runs, reconciles vendor statements, and supports month-end close and 1099 reporting. Monitors and expands automated invoice processing in SAP, collaborates with Procurement, IT, and Finance on process improvements, responds to vendor inquiries, supports audits, and follows financial controls.

Improves converting process efficiency by reducing downtime and waste, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, supporting quality standards, training operators, conducting product and raw material trials, commissioning equipment, and leading continuous improvement projects. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, purchasing, planning, safety, and engineering teams to reduce operating costs and improve production performance.
