Designs, programs, installs, upgrades, and troubleshoots complex industrial controls systems for production equipment. Specifies PLCs, DCSs, HMIs, servo systems, drives, sensors, and related software; modifies control logic and schematics; leads equipment startups and capital projects; coordinates vendors and technicians; analyzes machine data; provides technical training; and improves production performance, safety, and reliability.

Designs enterprise solution architectures and three-year business and technical roadmaps for Sales, Marketing, and Product Lifecycle Management. Develops reference architectures, high-level designs, integration strategies, implementation standards, testing plans, service designs, and business cases. Leads architecture and build teams, manages budgets and resources, supports project planning, and ensures business continuity and disaster recovery objectives. Provides technical direction, vendor collaboration, training strategy, and escalation support.

Lead specification, purchase, installation, startup and validation of major capital equipment projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality. Manage multi-discipline project teams, develop technical/financial recommendations, update budgets and schedules, implement machine/process improvements, write procedures, and train operations. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA and ISO standards.
