Supports environmental health and safety programs through inspections, training, incident investigations, OSHA documentation, corrective actions, workers’ compensation administration, and return-to-work coordination. The intern helps maintain regulatory compliance and promote a zero-injury workplace while working in demanding indoor and outdoor facility environments.

Manages product cost standards, cost accounting issues, manufacturing variances, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, inventory revaluation, and financial reporting. Partners with Planning, Operations, and leadership to improve profitability, maintain accurate bills of materials and routings, resolve material usage errors, support internal controls, and oversee dashboard reporting.

Supports flexographic printing and pre-press operations under the Press Manager. Learns printing processes, inspects and logs printing plate issues, collects press trend data, updates specifications, maintains project records, and creates training and informational materials using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, food safety, housekeeping, and plant policies while working on a manufacturing floor.
