Design and develop absorbent product systems and materials for retail hygiene products, run experiments using DOE and basic statistics, support product cost improvements, testing, patent documentation, and provide technical leadership and supplier collaboration. Travel for trials ~20-30%.

Lead and develop the plant automation team to design, program, commission, and maintain control systems. Set strategic vision and metrics, support capital projects, enforce controls standards and change management, improve reliability, drive root-cause analysis, manage budget, ensure safety/code compliance, and support new product launches and documentation.

The Training Manager will oversee training programs, coordinate initiatives for new team members, and enhance employee skills and productivity to align with business needs.
