Entry-level supply chain role responsible for sourcing and negotiating purchases, managing purchase orders and invoices, coordinating pre-delivery requirements, expediting vendors, tracking ship dates and documentation, and preventing supply delays. The analyst will manage numerous open items, work with engineers on bills of materials, communicate frequently with suppliers, and maintain organized procurement systems. A STEM degree, spreadsheet fluency, strong attention to detail, and eligibility for a security clearance are required.

Own customer requirements from capability need through top-level and derived requirements, T&E planning, verification, and validation. Shape capture technical solutions, produce requirements baselines and MIL-STD compliance strategies, manage government stakeholders, run program gate reviews, and align growth, programs, and engineering to ensure deliverables meet customer acceptance.

Lead end-to-end Pacific Rim defense business development: convert pursuits into captures via FMS pathway, build U.S. Embassy ODC and host-nation defense relationships, author country-specific capture plans, and travel in-region (30%+) to advance and close contracts.
