Own revenue operations for the growth team, including CRM administration, pipeline hygiene, dashboards, forecasting, market and competitive analysis, customer engagement coordination, briefing leadership, and follow-up tracking. The role requires federal budget and defense-market research, capture support, and clear communication of actionable recommendations to senior leadership. It is an on-site position in the Arlington, Virginia area or Austin, Texas, with situational telework.

Own the founders’ office and company operating rhythm while building people, finance, legal, compliance, administrative, and operational functions. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, bookkeeping, spend management, vendor and contract coordination, corporate records, facilities, board preparation, government-contracting and export-control posture, and special projects. The role initially operates broadly and independently, then builds and leads teams as the company scales.

Support three founders by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, office facilities, vendors, shipping, expenses, visitors, meetings, events, and offsites. The role requires proactive anticipation, discretion, organization, and calm problem-solving in a fast-paced technology company, while partnering with the Chief of Staff on daily operations.
