Teams at First Nations Financial Management Board

Provide bilingual Human Resources consulting, tools, training, and practical support to First Nations clients. Develop HR support plans, job descriptions, performance management resources, succession planning initiatives, recordkeeping processes, and employee development programs. Build client relationships, deliver training, maintain documentation, and support special projects while handling sensitive information and collaborating across teams. Travel to remote locations and work outside regular business hours as needed.
