Provides administrative support for a mortgage department by managing calendars, meetings, invoices, reports, inventory, phones, filing, events, errands, and office supplies. Assists loan officers with light loan processing and completing loan files. Requires computer and office equipment use, extended sitting or standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Prepares financial statement and tax return spreads, monitors loan credit risk, underwrites consumer and small commercial loans, evaluates repayment capacity and financial ratios, researches borrower industries and markets, identifies policy exceptions and repayment risks, orders residential appraisals, and documents credit assessments while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provides administrative support for a mortgage office, including calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, invoice review, reporting, inventory and supplies, phone coverage, filing, events, errands, and light loan processing. Assists loan officers with loan file completion and other assigned functions. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, computer proficiency, organization, attention to detail, and effective teamwork.
