Handle bank account verifications, deceased customer claims, POD beneficiary requests, and incoming legal mail. Review legal documents against laws and bank policies, process holds/releases, payments, invoices, and fees accurately and timely to ensure regulatory compliance. Perform high-volume document work and other assigned tasks.

Provide senior-level technical support and escalation for corporate and branch locations, manage incidents in ServiceNow, perform hardware/software break/fix, lead location installations, perform endpoint management with RMM tools, handle PC lifecycle and imaging, travel extensively for on-site troubleshooting, participate in on-call rotation and disaster recovery.

Review mobile check deposits for accuracy, detect and investigate potential fraud, place and release holds per policy, initiate reversals/Verafin cases, communicate professionally with stakeholders, and support branches and contact centers while meeting volume and compliance requirements.
