Lead a team of Commercial Client Support Specialists to process commercial loan requests, manage portfolios, monitor delinquencies and maturities, support relationship managers, ensure regulatory compliance, train/mentor staff, and improve operational efficiency.

Coordinate loan originator activities, qualify leads, interview applicants, collect and review financial information, evaluate creditworthiness for residential purchase/refinance/construction loans, maintain compliance, support administrative tasks, and build referral networks.

The Relationship Manager III will manage customer relationships, implement sales strategies, monitor loans and credit profiles, and extend credit to commercial customers while providing expert advice and exceptional service.
