Prepare, review, deliver, and document mortgage disclosure packages in compliance with TRID and related regulations. Review loan origination data, process initial and revised Loan Estimates, evaluate changed circumstances and fee tolerances, maintain timely disclosure records, generate compliance reports, and escalate testing exceptions to the compliance department.

Performs commercial credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, financial statement spreading, borrowing base and covenant testing, risk grading, credit reviews, appraisal evaluation, and credit decision preparation. The role uses financial spreading and loan systems, supports leveraged lending and marketable securities monitoring, assigns portfolio codes and risk scores, and participates in loan committees. A bachelor’s degree is required, with accounting, finance, or business preferred.

Performs account reconciliations, researches and resolves out-of-balance transactions, prepares dashboard reports, verifies Bank Control Record reports, submits semi-weekly 945 taxes, and supports accounting projects and recurring team duties.
