Provides advanced customer service and relationship management in a banking center. Performs complex transactions, opens consumer and business accounts, processes loan applications, sells banking products, supports digital banking enrollment, manages client issues, and meets sales goals. Ensures operational accuracy, security, regulatory compliance, and risk escalation while mentoring associates and supporting branch audits, coaching, onboarding, and workflow improvements.

Leads and enhances the bank’s operational risk management framework, providing independent oversight, credible challenge, risk assessments, governance, reporting, and operational resilience support. Oversees key indicators, new product risk assessments, loss events, corrective actions, and enterprise initiatives. Chairs the Operational Risk Committee, supports executive and board reporting, partners with business leaders, and mentors the operational risk team.

Performs commercial credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, financial statement spreading, borrowing base and covenant testing, credit reviews, risk grading, and appraisal review. Prepares credit decision summaries, assigns classification and risk data, uses financial and loan systems, and participates in loan committees. The role is designed for an entry-level candidate, including current students graduating in May 2027.
