The Relationship Manager IV will manage commercial sales and client relationships, implement marketing strategies, ensure exceptional customer service, and handle credit assessments, supervising others and achieving production goals.

Manage and grow commercial banking relationships by originating and underwriting loans, monitoring credit risk, cross-selling services, retaining clients, resolving delinquent loans, reviewing financials with customers, and coaching staff.

Handle customer banking transactions and inquiries, ensure compliance and security, balance cash/vault/ATM, sell and refer bank products, support branch operations (open/close), and train/coach staff to meet sales and service goals.
