Provide hands-on spa leadership and guest service: supervise spa desk attendants, schedule appointments, handle check-ins/payments, train staff, maintain cleanliness and safety, support retail sales, communicate with guests and other departments, perform physical cleaning and maintenance tasks, and help foster a positive team environment in a remote lodge setting.

Provide exceptional guest service at the recreation desk: arrange guided and unguided activities, manage bookings and recreation materials, maintain recreation areas, complete shift reports and checklists, support team members, handle guest requests/complaints, and assist with general lodge duties. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professional communication in a fast-paced, remote hospitality environment.

Seasonal year-round youth internship placing 18-24 year-olds in entry-level hospitality roles (kitchen utility, store clerk, housekeeper, busser, recreation assistant, maintenance). Provides hands-on training, one-on-one support, weekly outdoor recreation, meals and housing (deducted), 35-40 hours/week with possible overtime, mandatory savings, and community living in a remote Yosemite-area lodge.
