Process and post lock box remittance payments, maintain accurate client and business data, assist in new client setups, handle inquiries and returns, ensure daily uploads to Navigator, follow HIPAA/ePHI procedures, identify fraud risks, balance accounting daily, and support process improvement and cross-training within Treasury Management operations.

Provide technical and operational support and training for Treasury Management clients and branch staff. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Online Banking, ACH/wires, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, and other treasury services. Assist with product implementations, system upgrades, special projects, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality customer service.

Design, install, administer, and optimize storage, servers, and computer environments (Windows/Linux/Citrix/virtualization). Ensure application availability, perform capacity planning, disaster recovery testing, automation via scripting, mentor junior staff, and manage projects to maintain uptime, security, and performance.
