Processes accounts payable invoices, vendor payments, checks, purchasing card transactions, and invoice uploads. Codes, posts, balances, and verifies transactions for accuracy and compliance with accounting policies. Maintains vendor queues, responds to inquiries, monitors payment inboxes, updates procedures, and provides workload coverage. Requires attention to detail, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED.

Performs general ledger, bank-controlled deposit account, and operational reconciliations using automated systems and Oracle. Researches, tracks, and resolves out-of-balance conditions, balances subsidiary ledgers to general ledger accounts, documents reconciliations, and collaborates with bank personnel. Requires accounting knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Underwrites and analyzes commercial credit requests across real estate, industrial, hospitality, municipal, and other sectors. Reviews financial statements, tax returns, projections, collateral, credit reports, and industry information to assess repayment capacity, risk, and compliance. Prepares financial spreads, credit analyses, risk ratings, covenant testing, and monitoring reports while supporting Relationship Managers and maintaining portfolio quality. The role also contributes to quality control, mentoring, and adherence to banking regulations and credit policies.
