Process and report insurance claims, analyze loss runs, monitor significant claims, respond to insureds and insurers, maintain electronic account files, protect confidential information, and communicate claim issues to management. The role also requires managing workloads, following agency procedures, maintaining quality standards, and continuing insurance-related professional development.

Sales Interns gain hands-on experience in prospecting, lead generation, client communication, market research, proposal preparation, and sales pipeline management using Applied Epic. The program includes mentorship, client meetings, networking, cross-department shadowing, ride-alongs, and capstone projects. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles after graduation.

Provide employee benefits compliance guidance to clients and internal teams on ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, Section 125, and related regulations. Conduct health and welfare plan reviews, identify risks, recommend corrective actions, maintain compliance resources, interpret regulatory updates, lead educational sessions, and support audits and inquiries. Collaborate with account teams, leadership, legal counsel, and external compliance partners while developing internal workflows and best practices.
