Coordinates complex employee benefits client accounts and renewals, analyzes claims and financial data, supports funding and vendor decisions, leads client meetings and open enrollment, resolves escalated issues, and coordinates internal teams, carriers, and vendors. The role also supports new business proposals, client transitions, compliance activities, and relationship expansion while mentoring team members and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Provide employee benefits compliance guidance to clients and internal teams on ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, Section 125, and related regulations. Conduct health and welfare plan reviews, identify risks, recommend corrective actions, maintain compliance resources, interpret regulatory updates, lead educational sessions, and support audits and inquiries. Collaborate with account teams, leadership, legal counsel, and external compliance partners while developing internal workflows and best practices.
