Analyzes contact center activity, forecasts staffing needs, creates schedules, monitors adherence and service metrics, and prepares operational reports. The role performs historical, interval, and what-if analyses; provides real-time staffing guidance; identifies efficiency improvements; tracks system issues; and recommends workforce strategies to improve productivity, service levels, and cost effectiveness across multiple sites and departments.

Develops new private banking relationships and expands existing client assets through holistic financial planning. Advises clients on investments, wealth planning, credit, banking, and balance-sheet needs while managing loan and depository portfolios. Ensures solutions align with client goals, maintains strong client relationships, acquires new business, and follows risk, regulatory, and security requirements.

Develops and manages user acceptance testing plans, cases, scripts, test data, traceability matrices, execution, regression testing, defect resolution, and release reporting. Collaborates with business stakeholders, developers, project managers, and QA teams to validate banking and digital platform functionality. Provides UAT training and support, facilitates gateway meetings, documents risks and results, manages production defect improvements, and leads retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions.
