Supports and enhances the enterprise third-party risk management program by developing processes and tools, training business units, providing user support, and preparing reports, summaries, and analytics for management. The role also assists with program procedures, controls, troubleshooting, configuration, compliance activities, and cross-functional collaboration within IT Governance and Compliance.

Leads financial strategy for a retail banking division, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, performance monitoring, executive reporting, and resource allocation. Partners with product, marketing, operations, risk, technology, procurement, and finance leaders to guide investment decisions and optimize portfolio performance. Supports vendor negotiations, spend governance, invoicing oversight, and management reporting across deposits, lending, and card products.

Processes domestic and foreign wire transfers through data entry, verification, and release. Provides accurate and courteous service to internal and external customers while managing confidential information, large-dollar transactions, tight cutoff times, and established deadlines. Requires banking wire-transfer operations experience, customer service skills, strong communication, attention to detail, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
