Own and lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. Coordinate onsite technician schedules and client appointments for a managed services provider. The role manages service board alerts, scheduling conflicts, visit confirmations, logistics, client updates, operational follow-ups, audits, and process improvements. It requires proactive communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities while supporting US operations from a hybrid Philippines-based office.

Supports a US MSP client's leadership team by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, tracking requests, maintaining documentation and reports, supporting administrative quality control, and communicating with stakeholders. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, judgment, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while keeping leadership operations running smoothly.
