The role involves leading technical delivery of infrastructure projects, including email migrations and server builds, while ensuring client communication and documentation are thorough.

Own and support private cloud environments (Nutanix AHV), act as second-level escalation for US service desk, manage Juniper networking, support Azure/AWS hybrid workloads, drive monitoring/automation/documentation improvements, and perform night-shift handovers aligned to US business hours.
