The Systems Administrator supports internal users and administers Microsoft-based systems, applications, and platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, patching, security investigation, system maintenance, change implementation, automation, documentation, onboarding, vendor coordination, and IT project support. The role requires strong ownership, communication, technical judgment, and occasional planned or reactive after-hours support.

Build AI-enabled applications, intelligent assistants, automated workflows, internal tools, and DevOps solutions. Develop scripts and integrations using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or PHP; connect systems through APIs and databases; and support CI/CD, testing, monitoring, deployment, and environment management. Evaluate AI models, apply responsible AI practices, and deliver measurable business outcomes while collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

Create branded visual communications across campaigns, presentations, reports, digital content, events, proposals, and internal communications. Translate complex information into clear, engaging designs while maintaining brand consistency. Produce editable assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, and Word, and use generative AI to explore creative concepts. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, support B2B communications, and refine templates and brand materials.
