Serve as a trusted advisor and Technical Account Manager for SMB and mid-market clients, shaping IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and technology roadmaps. Build deep client relationships, identify improvement opportunities, coordinate delivery teams, manage CRM/forecasting/reporting, and drive client retention, growth, and measurable outcomes.

Own and support private cloud environments (Nutanix AHV), act as second-level escalation for US service desk, manage Juniper networking, support Azure/AWS hybrid workloads, drive monitoring/automation/documentation improvements, and perform night-shift handovers aligned to US business hours.

Support US-based clients' Microsoft and virtualised enterprise infrastructure. Troubleshoot advanced cloud, networking and virtualization issues; administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server; manage identity services; develop PowerShell automation; mentor engineers; create documentation; participate in on-call rotation and technical consultations.
