Build deep client relationships, identify improvement opportunities, coordinate delivery teams, manage CRM/forecasting/reporting, and drive client retention, growth, and measurable outcomes.

Own and support private cloud environments (Nutanix AHV), act as second-level escalation for US service desk, manage Juniper networking, support Azure/AWS hybrid workloads, drive monitoring/automation/documentation improvements, and perform night-shift handovers aligned to US business hours.
