Assists members and prospective members by phone, resolves service issues, processes consumer loan applications, reviews documentation, communicates decisions, disburses loans, and follows up after closing. Recommends suitable loan options, identifies cross-selling opportunities, maintains compliance with credit union policies and regulations, and supports accurate loan file organization. Requires NMLS registration, a Credit Life and Disability License, strong communication skills, and flexibility with work hours.

Processes electronic messages, mobile messages, bill pay, membership applications, and online banking inquiries. Provides phone, chat, and correspondence support; troubleshoots online banking and mobile applications; maintains records and reports; resolves member issues; identifies cross-selling opportunities; and ensures compliance with credit union policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Customer Identification Program.

Processes credit and debit card fraud and dispute cases according to regulations and internal policies. Maintains detailed case records, provisional credits, losses, recoveries, and closeout packages. Supports ATM research, card maintenance, tokenization, returned and expedited cards, reward points, reporting, balancing, and vendor audits. Assists members and employees, identifies fraud trends, coordinates with accounting and insurers, and ensures compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Customer Identification Program requirements.
