Participates in banking and retail management training across teller operations, personal banking, sales, security, credit, and marketing. Supports sales and marketing planning, customer relationships, transaction handling, staff supervision, and daily branch operations. Uses the AS400 system and may transport money. Flexible, Saturday, holiday, and extended hours may be required, along with periodic travel to Abilene or other bank regions for training.
