Processes and maintains division and transfer orders, handles monthly Joint Interest Billing statements, communicates with customers and industry representatives, and ensures accurate, timely records and payments. The role requires strong attention to detail, mathematical accuracy, customer service, organization, and proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel.

Supports senior Trust Officers with client communications, meeting preparation, account transactions, client account reviews, onboarding, account research, monthly spreadsheets, estate administration, and client materials. Coordinates with clients, attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, and internal employees while assisting with service and sales activities. Requires strong communication, accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, and familiarity with financial or accounting concepts.
