Perform consumer real estate loan underwriting: verify documentation, calculate borrower ability to repay, assess credit/employment/financial records for regulatory and bank policy compliance (Regulation Z), advise lending staff, and support related projects while maintaining communication with loan personnel.

Develop, test, and maintain .NET-based workflows and applications with limited assistance. Document current and future process states, troubleshoot and enhance existing workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, create vendor cases, and follow team processes for code migrations and support.

Participate in a rotational training program preparing for retail branch management (teller, personal banker, sales, security, credit, marketing). Assist in sales and marketing planning, supervise staff and daily operations, handle customer transactions, and perform related projects. Periodic regional travel for training and occasional Saturday/holiday hours required.
