The Commercial Relationship Manager will acquire, develop, and retain commercial banking relationships to achieve production and growth goals, manage loan portfolios, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Manage the commercial lending function ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, and supporting sales efforts while overseeing loan portfolio analysis and credit documentation.

Review and disposition transaction and watchlist alerts, perform CDD/EDD, research and document findings, file CTRs, escalate cases for investigation, support OFAC/sanctions screening, and assist fraud prevention while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate records.

Develop and extend Salesforce (Experience Cloud) solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows and APIs. Integrate systems via MuleSoft/iPaaS, follow DevOps and release processes, troubleshoot issues, document code, and support ongoing platform improvements to enhance customer experience.

Acquire and manage commercial banking relationships, produce quality loans, achieve production goals, and cross-sell services while ensuring compliance with regulations.
