Verifies UCC filings, insurance, payment instructions, corporate documents, titles, and other collateral requirements. Approves qualifying transactions, completes booking activities, reviews amendments and rewrites, and manages process improvements and control-gap initiatives while meeting service-level expectations.

Develops and expands relationships with high-net-worth clients through prospecting, referrals, consultative sales, financial planning, retirement and estate planning, and client retention. Collaborates with wealth management specialists to deliver integrated strategies and grow the business. Requires strong relationship-building, communication, sales, account administration, and financial planning capabilities, along with a valid driver's license and regional travel.

Facilitates in-person, virtual, and blended training for banking employees; coaches learners, tracks progress, supports learning transfer, and maintains assigned curricula. The role requires expertise in teller and banker skills, service and sales models, banking systems, regulations, and compliance. It also contributes to curriculum improvements, cross-functional projects, process changes, and adult learning practices while ensuring professional development and high-quality customer and employee experiences.
