Teams at First Commonwealth Bank

Manages a portfolio of middle-market banking clients, develops new business, and recommends lending, deposit, treasury management, capital markets, and other financial solutions. The role assesses client needs, manages complex credit relationships, supports loan closings, monitors credit quality, maintains compliance, and collaborates with internal banking partners. Responsibilities include meeting revenue goals, prospecting, relationship expansion, client support, and identifying risks. Some travel, including overnight stays, is required.

Develops and reconciles credit reporting and allowance for credit loss models; analyzes policy exceptions, financial statements, covenants, criticized assets, watch lists, and annual reviews. Ensures data quality, resolves reporting inconsistencies, supports audits and regulatory controls, improves processes, maintains business continuity plans, and leads selected Credit Systems projects. Collaborates across departments and communicates reporting findings to management, auditors, examiners, and vendors.

Performs and assists credit reviews, analyzes underwriting, financial statements, and loan documentation to assess borrower repayment ability and risk ratings. Compiles findings into narrative reports, ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies, coordinates with other departments and auditors, and maintains up-to-date regulatory knowledge.
