Partners with assigned business units on recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, investigations, training, and personnel actions. Advises managers, resolves employee concerns, maintains confidential records, conducts HR audits, supports employment-law compliance, and collaborates with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Employee Development teams.

Analyzes borrower financial statements, credit data, collateral, projections, and repayment capacity to support lending decisions. Prepares credit reports, loan committee submissions, risk ratings, and problem-asset reports. Monitors existing loan relationships, supports portfolio quality reviews, assists loan officers, and ensures credit analysis complies with lending policies, banking regulations, and departmental service standards.

Supports Treasury Management clients through inbound service calls, account maintenance, troubleshooting, product onboarding, pricing setup, training, and follow-up. Implements and tests Treasury Management products, validates file formats, coordinates with vendors, executes mutual fund sweep trades, and conducts user acceptance testing. Identifies additional client needs and refers opportunities to Treasury Management Sales while helping maintain procedures and service standards.
