Summer intern supporting various bank departments with clerical tasks, data entry, filing, document organization, event coordination, meetings, research, and daily operational projects. The role provides exposure to industry-specific software and business functions while developing organizational, communication, teamwork, and independent work skills.

Manages a commercial banking portfolio of CRE, C&I, construction, and SBA customers. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements and tax returns, monitoring covenants and risk indicators, preparing loan renewals and modifications, underwriting complex commercial loans, maintaining credit files, providing credit recommendations, supporting audits and regulatory exams, and assisting commercial lenders with customer service, documentation, and portfolio goals.

Performs complex commercial credit analysis and underwriting for business and commercial real estate loan requests. Evaluates financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, credit history, collateral reports, and repayment capacity; prepares risk analyses, recommendations, reports, and loan documentation. Reviews existing relationships, identifies delinquent accounts, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, maintains credit files, coordinates with internal departments, and trains or mentors junior credit analysts.
