Teams at First Class Air Support

Supports daily accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, journal entries, and month-end close. Maintains vendor and customer records, resolves billing discrepancies, performs collections, prepares reports, and assists with audits. The role also supports the Controller with account analyses, special projects, process improvements, and implementation of accounting tools and procedures.

Manages daily accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, payments, billing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, vendor and customer records, credit applications, month-end close support, and audit documentation. Resolves discrepancies with customers, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate financial records and meeting weekly deadlines.
