Analyze financial status, prepare and reconcile reports, support monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, process accounts payable and vendor management, assist with cash reconciliations, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Originate, structure, approve (within limits) and service secured and unsecured loans; perform credit analysis and collateral reviews; manage and grow business-banking relationships through prospecting and cross-selling; present loans to loan committee; monitor portfolio performance, collections, and compliance while providing customer financial counsel and leading/supporting lending staff.

Manage and grow lending market and portfolio; originate, underwrite, close and service commercial, consumer and residential loans within limits; monitor repayment and credit quality; handle collections and charge-offs; present loans to loan committee; support business development and cross-selling; ensure documentation, compliance and customer relationship management.
