Lead the full inbound engine from digital performance marketing through CRM and sales conversion. Manage a ~10-person team, run paid/organic channels, build partnerships and referral channels, close inbound and specialist sales, and influence brand and GTM strategy to double inbound volume and diversify channels within 12 months.

Manage and grow relationships with SME clients: assess financial needs, recommend tailored loan solutions, oversee client portfolios for retention, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, resolve service issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The Acquisition Manager is responsible for business development and sales of First Circle's Revolving Credit Line product, focusing on relationship building and leveraging quality leads provided by the company.
