Supports end-to-end event and partnership execution, including logistics, supplier coordination, booth setup, onsite representation, lead tracking, performance reporting, and market research. Collaborates with internal teams, business organizations, event organizers, and vendors to deliver acquisition initiatives. The role involves flexible schedules, hands-on event work, nationwide travel, and occasional physical logistics support.

Lead First Circle’s launch and scaling in Malaysia by establishing the local entity, managing licensing and regulatory workstreams, defining country, product, pricing, and risk strategies, delivering launch KPIs, building stakeholder relationships, recruiting the founding team, and overseeing hands-on underwriting, operations, and customer execution.

Lead the strategy, development, launch, and growth of the company’s SME Cards product. Own product metrics and business outcomes while collaborating with engineering, design, data, and business teams. Use analytical and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex fintech problems, and deliver customer impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Periodic travel to Manila is required.
