Provides comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll support, HRIS administration, compliance, records management, performance management, and workforce development. Maintains accurate employee data, administers benefits and personnel actions, supports audits and regulatory reporting, resolves employee and manager issues, and coordinates engagement and recognition initiatives. Requires collaboration with leadership, employees, vendors, and applicants while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Provides primary and preventive care for patients of all ages, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, laboratory interpretation, procedures, emergency care, counseling, documentation, and health education. The Physician Assistant participates in immunization and wellness programs, quality improvement, clinical training, and supervision of clinic support staff across health centers.

Processes healthcare billing and insurance claims, reviews encounters and accounts receivable, posts and reconciles payments, resolves EOBs, submits clean claims, manages refunds and payment plans, and supports billing inquiries. The role also performs account adjustments, bad-debt processing, reporting, staff training, and coordination with patients, providers, site billers, and insurance representatives.

Manage patient accounts receivable: reconcile and submit third-party claims, research and appeal denials, correct coding (ICD-10/CPT), communicate with payers and patients, coordinate statements, process refunds and adjustments, support billing helpdesk, and ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and payer regulations.

Provide administrative and clerical pharmacy support in a clinic: enroll patients in assistance programs, manage MAP/sample inventories and logs, assist providers with in-house dispensing, maintain records and crash carts, and ensure medication labeling, co-pay charges, and stock control under pharmacist supervision.

Under supervision, performs billing, posting, reconciliation, claims editing/resubmission, accounts receivable follow-up, refund and bad-debt processing, billing helpdesk support, and trains/assists site billers to ensure timely, accurate patient and insurance billing.

Provide primary medical care for children, diagnosing and treating illnesses, maintaining patient records, and supervising clinical staff at health centers.

Oversees and provides healthcare services as the lead physician, manages clinical staff, ensures compliance with standards, and collaborates with management on clinic operations.
