Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including scheduling, call/email screening, correspondence, travel coordination, meeting preparation and minutes, file management, research, HR support, and office supply/equipment coordination. Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks while supporting organizational goals and administrative processes.

Dispense and verify prescriptions, counsel patients, manage record-keeping and insurance/indigent program rebates, train pharmacy students, maintain drug therapy knowledge, and consult with physicians. Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with protocols.

Lead and manage all financial and operational functions for a federally qualified health center, including accounting, payroll, billing, audits, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, asset and vendor management, and oversight of accounting staff and information systems.

Provide primary care using a team-based approach: evaluate, diagnose, treat, refer, and coordinate patient care. Supervise mid-level clinicians, participate in quality assurance, attend staff meetings, provide inpatient/on-call coverage as required, and support preventive health and community outreach.

Oversee day-to-day operations of medical and dental sites, manage performance and compliance, lead quality/CQI and process improvement, support strategic/financial planning, and direct special projects while supervising subordinate staff.

Manage day-to-day HR functions including compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, policy development, performance management, compliance, records, credentialing, EHS program support, and special HR projects.

Supervises nursing, lab, and X-ray staff in a primary care clinic; assists providers with patient care and delegated procedures; manages training, staff evaluations, credentialing, infection control, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and preparedness for inspections.

Provide primary care in a team-based community health setting: evaluate, diagnose, treat, refer, coordinate care, participate in quality assurance, supervise mid-level clinicians, and serve on-call and inpatient staff as required.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for a Lillington office: handle calls and emails, coordinate scheduling, maintain office organization, assist visitors, communicate policies, and support executive tasks like travel and expense reports.

Prepare, post, and reconcile general ledger and cash receipts transactions, maintain subsidiary schedules, prepare payroll and month/year-end journal entries, assist with audit and UDS/HRSA reporting, and support special financial and compliance reports.

Coordinate marketing, strategic planning, outreach, grant writing, performance measurement, and service-excellence initiatives across multiple health centers. Develop and execute marketing plans, track scorecard metrics, support program development and grants, manage community relations, perform CQI/FMEA audits, and lead special executive and board-level projects to drive patient volume and operational improvements.

Coordinate and track patient referrals and transitions; ensure accurate registration and insurance information; gather and transmit clinical details; obtain prior authorizations; assist patients with system, financial, and social barriers; serve as patient navigator and point of contact; schedule reminders; maintain referral documentation and community provider relationships; support patient safety and facility processes.

Lead and coordinate Epic and dental EHR projects from planning through implementation, collaborating with clinical informatics, analysts, DBAs and administrators. Manage project plans, track milestones, troubleshoot timeline risks, support Epic modules and dental software, document builds, assist training, and respond to ticket-based requests. Provide periodic updates to leadership and occasional after-hours support.

Provide primary care as an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) within a Patient Centered Medical Home team: assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, develop and monitor management plans, maintain records, consult with physicians, perform routine procedures, and participate in QI/QA and staff meetings.

Perform general interior and exterior upkeep and repairs for company facilities, including painting, plumbing, electrical, equipment and appliance repairs, machinery servicing, grounds and parking area maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and reporting major repair needs.
