Ensures adherence to Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering, federal, state, and corporate requirements.

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions. Leads complex technical initiatives, defines secure and scalable architectures, mentors engineers, manages cloud and event-driven integrations, supports DevOps practices, resolves production issues, and evaluates emerging technologies. Collaborates with business, product, infrastructure, security, compliance, and vendor teams in a regulated banking environment.

Provides phone, email, and webinar support to business banking customers and internal staff. Troubleshoots online banking, ACH, wire, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, bill pay, telephone banking, and payment-file issues. Processes banking requests, escalates complex problems, supports fraud-risk verification, educates customers, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and collaborates with commercial and treasury teams while following banking policies, compliance requirements, and service standards.
