Teams at First Bank Upper Michigan

Originates, analyzes, underwrites, and coordinates the closing of consumer, residential, mortgage, and small commercial loans. Meets with customers to recommend financing, reviews credit and lending documentation, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, cross-sells bank products, develops customer relationships, supports collections, and assists with branch operations and committees. The role is full-time in a professional office setting with occasional local travel, evenings, and weekends.

Administers, configures, secures, monitors, and supports the bank’s electronic banking systems and related IT environments. Manages user access, identity and access controls, security reporting, system troubleshooting, vendor relationships, and confidential information. Provides backup support to IT leadership, assists with daily technology operations, interprets security reports, and supports employees and customers with eBanking needs. Some local travel is required, including driving within a 70-mile radius.
