Support sales through technical expertise across pre- and post-sales: consult on solutions, deliver presentations, manage trials and SOWs, collaborate with product and operations, assist RFPs/RFIs, and drive revenue through strategic account engagement and implementation planning.

Provide advanced administrative support for residential escrow transactions: prepare and review closing documents, manage escrow files and workflow, monitor transaction progress, communicate with customers and partners, assist Escrow Officers, and guide less experienced team members to ensure timely, accurate residential closings.

Manage and close land acquisition and commercial real estate escrow transactions. Serve as neutral liaison among buyer, seller, and lender; prepare and file legal and closing documents; account for and disburse funds; produce status and closing reports; work with Underwriting to monitor risk and ensure regulatory compliance while providing outstanding customer service.
