Teams at First American Title

Serves as the primary liaison between mortgage servicing clients and internal teams. Manages loan-level inquiries, document requests, servicing records, reporting materials, request pipelines, communications, and issue resolution. Coordinates cross-functional responses, maintains accurate records, monitors service-level expectations, identifies client concerns, and supports process improvements. Requires extensive mortgage servicing experience, client-facing communication skills, organizational ability, and familiarity with servicing platforms such as MSP.

Examines commercial property titles and chains of title within Wisconsin, searches public records, prepares initial title commitments, and summarizes documents affecting title condition. May abstract residential property records and performs related duties under experienced team guidance. The role requires attention to detail, research, analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.

Maintain relationships with Trust Accounting clients and provide routine to complex reconciliation services. Compare escrow accounting records, identify discrepancies, investigate causes, and collaborate with clients to resolve issues. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data while analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions. The role requires accounting or audit experience, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency with Microsoft applications and financial software.
