Resolves escalated customer complaints and inquiries through phone, email, and written communication. Researches issues, coordinates with internal departments, provides accurate resolutions, maintains case records and deadlines, identifies trends, and communicates findings clearly. May also support customer setup, equipment installation, training, and product demonstrations.

Manages Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts while providing leadership across digital transformation programs and agile software development initiatives. The role translates business needs into functional and system requirements, oversees analysis documentation, supports testing and product rollouts, and serves as a liaison among business, product, design, and engineering teams. Additional responsibilities include mentoring staff, setting team objectives, supporting hiring and performance management, developing a Business Analysis Center of Excellence, and providing leadership with roadmap, budget, and resource-planning insights.

Manages reverse 1031 exchange transactions from initiation through closing, including preparing agreements, tracking deadlines, reviewing closing statements, managing funds, balancing ledgers, auditing files, and submitting final reports and tax forms. Supervises and trains exchange assistants, resolves escalated client issues, supports client growth, and coordinates with clients, advisors, escrow officers, and closers.
