Supports the escrow team with opening orders, reviewing title commitments, clearing title issues, interpreting agreements, and communicating with customers throughout the escrow process. Performs administrative duties, uses Microsoft Office and other transaction technologies, and helps deliver a positive customer experience. This is an in-office role in Carthage, Missouri.

Serves as the primary liaison between mortgage servicing clients and internal teams. Manages loan-level inquiries, document requests, servicing records, reporting materials, request pipelines, communications, and issue resolution. Coordinates cross-functional responses, maintains accurate records, monitors service-level expectations, identifies client concerns, and supports process improvements. Requires extensive mortgage servicing experience, client-facing communication skills, organizational ability, and familiarity with servicing platforms such as MSP.

Examines commercial property titles and chains of title within Wisconsin, searches public records, prepares initial title commitments, and summarizes documents affecting title condition. May abstract residential property records and performs related duties under experienced team guidance. The role requires attention to detail, research, analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.
