First American Title Benefits Overview

Manage real estate escrow transactions: open escrow accounts, handle and disburse funds, examine titles, prepare legal and closing documents, act as neutral liaison, produce account reports, ensure compliance with company policy and mitigate risk throughout closings.

Provide in-office administrative support to the Escrow team: open orders, read title commitments, take steps to clear title, interpret agreements, communicate with customers, and use software tools to ensure smooth escrow closings and excellent customer experiences.

Examine chains of title for residential and commercial properties, analyze records (mortgages, liens, easements, probate, trusts), resolve title issues with clients, attorneys and lenders, prepare and approve title commitments and policies, price commitments/endorsements, and provide underwriting interpretation within guidelines. Role is in-office in Glendale, CA.
