Provides in-house legal and regulatory counsel to mortgage servicing and origination operations. Advises business teams on applicable laws, mortgage servicing documentation, compliance, contracts, policies, and product forms. Conducts legal research, monitors regulatory developments, interfaces with regulators as needed, and reports changes to management while helping reduce legal risk.

Supports residential escrow transactions by opening orders, entering closing statement information, preparing closing documents, managing disbursements, interpreting agreements, and communicating with customers. The role also provides administrative support to the escrow team, uses transaction-related technologies, and helps deliver a positive customer experience. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a high school diploma; escrow experience is preferred.

Provides underwriting support, legal counsel, and authorization for commercial real estate title insurance commitments and policies. Applies underwriting standards within delegated authority, advises on real estate settlement services, and develops underwriting guidelines. Requires strong real estate law knowledge, analytical judgment, negotiation, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
