Own client onboarding from post-sale handoff through deployment and ongoing platform support. Responsibilities include coordinating implementations, configuring access and marketing automation, managing integrations and conversion tracking, guiding legal teams through technical concepts, troubleshooting web and third-party tools, documenting implementation progress, and partnering with Product and Customer Success to improve client outcomes.

Sell FirmPilot to owner-operator SMBs (law firms, dental, HVAC, etc.) owning full-cycle deals: prospect, discovery, demo, close. Run consultative discovery, diagnose business problems, use AI-assisted workflows and modern sales stack, and provide field intel to product and marketing. On-site in NYC; early-stage, hands-on AE role.

High-activity outbound role generating qualified meetings with law-firm decision-makers via cold calls and outreach. Make 100+ calls/day, achieve ~13 qualified meetings/month, partner with AEs, track activity in HubSpot, and overcome objections to earn meetings.
