Assists the store manager with planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring store activities. Supervises and coaches staff, prioritizes tasks, ensures excellent customer service, maintains merchandising standards, supports recruitment, enforces policies and procedures, and contributes to a motivating team environment. The role is full-time, permanent, and based in Dolbeau, with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

The Gérant will supervise store operations, motivate staff, ensure customer service excellence, manage scheduling, and recruit personnel, fostering a dynamic work environment.

Evaluate adaptive difficulties and capabilities, determine and implement intervention plans, contribute to environment development, and assess programs for user rehabilitation.
