The Senior Accountant manages general ledger activities, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. The role specializes in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costs, bills of materials, variance analysis, and process improvement. It partners with Finance, Operations, and Production teams, supports IFS ERP improvements, investigates discrepancies, and helps ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial data.

Designs and develops bare-metal C firmware for microcontroller-based industrial combustion control and flame-scanning products. Responsibilities include software architecture, interrupt handlers, device drivers, control and signal-processing algorithms, debugging, hardware testing, root-cause analysis, safety compliance, FMEA, agency approval, and technical leadership across new product development projects.

Develop technically sound and commercially competitive proposals for complex industrial fire and gas detection projects. Review RFQs, define scope, build cost estimates and pricing models, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, vendors, and subject matter experts, identify risks, support bid reviews and customer clarifications, and facilitate project handoffs.
