Lead and scale talent acquisition: build recruiting strategy, manage full-cycle recruiters and sourcers, carry senior requisitions, implement workforce planning, optimize ATS and recruiting tech, ensure compliant hiring (ITAR/OFCCP), design organizational structures, and establish performance management and succession planning.

Lead airframe structural design for UAV subsystems across concept, prototyping, testing, and production. Create and maintain 3D CAD models and manufacturing documentation, perform structural analysis and testing, integrate mechanical and electromechanical systems, drive DFM and weight-optimized designs, supervise validation and test data correlation, and mentor engineering staff while owning hardware lifecycle and configuration control.

Lead and execute business development for Navy and USMC customers: develop engagement strategy, identify and qualify opportunities, manage capture and proposal efforts, build DoN/DoW relationships, navigate acquisition and budgeting cycles, collaborate with engineering/product, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, track pipeline and represent the company at events to drive contract awards.
