Lead electrical design, integration, testing, and certification of Electronic Safe-and-Arm (ESAD/ESAF) and firing-set electronics for tactical sUAS. Responsibilities include schematic/PCB design, energy storage and charge/fire circuitry, arming logic, EMI/EMC and HERO analysis, test campaign planning (bench, environmental, flight), ICDs, and supporting Fuze Safety Review Board qualification and DoD compliance.

Lead design and development of a novel metal manufacturing capability from concept through production. Define processes, parameters, and quality criteria for additive and subtractive workflows, oversee post-processing and inspection, drive new product development and sustaining engineering, and provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and software interfaces.

Build and own logistics and sustainment capabilities for fielded xCell and UAS products. Develop spare-parts, maintenance, repair, replenishment, resupply, and compliance processes; establish Production Advisory Services; translate customer and field data into product and operational improvements; and coordinate across field support, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, mission success, and business development. The role is based onsite in San Diego and includes up to 25% CONUS and OCONUS travel.
