Aerospace
Coordinates procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, coating, and commissioning of ground support equipment for aerospace programs. Improves work-order processes, manages suppliers and schedules, supports make-or-buy decisions, reconciles design intent with as-built hardware, participates in design reviews, creates manufacturing bills of materials and RFQs, manages inventory, and dispositions nonconformances. The role works closely with engineers, technicians, welders, purchasers, contractors, and leadership at an on-site rocket manufacturing facility.
