Create photography, short-form video, project stories, captions, case studies, and campaigns for Firecracker Works. Manage the content calendar and publish across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels while maintaining brand voice. Capture workshop and project-site activity, interview colleagues, track performance, support pitches and business development, and coordinate approvals and external creative support. The role requires independent concept development, filming, editing, writing, publishing, and collaboration across production environments.

Supports workshop, warehouse, construction, and event-production operations. Responsibilities include maintaining workshop organization, managing files and inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, operating warehouse systems, driving company vans for collections and deliveries, conducting vehicle and equipment checks, supporting maintenance, and following health and safety procedures. The role also coordinates with production teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and external crew, with occasional unsociable hours and travel across the UK and Europe.

Prepare monthly management accounts, journals, reconciliations, reporting packs, variance analysis, budgets, forecasts, cashflow reports, invoices, credit control, profitability reporting, and California sales tax returns. Partner with production managers, auditors, CPAs, and finance leadership while identifying cost savings, process improvements, and AI-driven automation opportunities.
