Provides administrative support for production operations by managing calls, visitors, mail, filing, accounts payable, shipping documentation, labels, inventory orders, spreadsheets, attendance records, and shop order tracking. Maintains confidentiality, coordinates office communications, and adapts to new software while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Manages sales growth and profitability across a multi-state territory, developing relationships with fire departments, distributors, dealers, and end users. Responsibilities include presentations, product demonstrations, distributor training, account management, pull-through marketing, trade shows, competitive analysis, and sales strategy. The role requires extensive travel, including 110–130 travel days and 90–100 overnights annually, while working from a home office within the assigned territory.

Prepare and reconcile payroll-related journal entries, general ledger accounts, taxes, benefits, deductions, and accruals. Review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, support financial close and audits, maintain documentation, and collaborate with HR, Operations, and external payroll providers. The role also identifies process improvements while safeguarding confidential employee information.
