Leads Auerfarm’s strategy, operations, fundraising, finances, staff, programs, facilities, and community relationships. Partners with the Board to advance the mission, strengthen organizational sustainability, oversee the 120-acre farm and educational center, develop employees, cultivate donors and funders, and support effective governance. The role requires regular presence across office and outdoor settings, along with evening and weekend participation in programs, events, and fundraising activities.

Lead FAVOR as its chief executive, strengthening operations, financial management, HR and program systems, developing staff and culture, partnering with the Board, cultivating funder and state relationships, diversifying revenue, and advocating for families navigating behavioral and developmental services.

Lead Advancing Connecticut Together as chief executive to strengthen financial sustainability, steward public funding and partnerships, support staff and culture, oversee programs and systems, drive fundraising and revenue diversification, partner with the Board on governance and strategy, and ensure organizational readiness during leadership transition.
