Reviews suspicious activity referrals and AML/CFT/OFAC alerts, conducts comprehensive investigations, determines SAR filing needs, completes CTRs and CDD/EDD reviews, and evaluates 314(a) alerts. The role supports transaction monitoring, partner information requests, fraud report reviews, regulatory compliance reporting, and case creation. It requires strong transaction analysis, investigative, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of banking, the Bank Secrecy Act, and related regulations.

Build and scale automated API, integration, regression, contract, performance, and end-to-end testing across banking and credit card platforms. Establish CI/CD quality gates, test plans, release-readiness dashboards, service virtualization, and AI-assisted testing practices. Partner with engineering, DevOps, product, and architecture teams to improve testability, observability, release confidence, and defect detection. Mentor technical teams and support critical post-release validation.

Oversee the Bank’s deposit operations, including ACH and wire processing, electronic banking, treasury support, card disputes, fraud exceptions, and fintech fund flows. Manage staff, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, coordinate audits, maintain financial accuracy through deposit applications and GL mapping, and improve operational processes. The role also handles escalations, product implementation support, and coordination with Treasury, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, and external auditors.
