Architects, deploys, and enhances secure, scalable Azure cloud environments using Terraform and infrastructure as code. Leads Azure landing zone architecture, governance, automation, CI/CD integration, self-service enablement, cloud optimization, and compliance with healthcare security standards. Supports cloud operations, troubleshooting, on-call availability, and team training, including GitHub Copilot and Azure MCP Server adoption.
