Lead Fintel Connect’s product team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, standards, capacity allocation, and delivery practices. Own initiative intake, analysis, roadmap governance, prioritization, and delivery accountability under the Product Roadmap Committee. Partner with engineering, QA, marketing, and client services on releases, adoption, technical debt, security, compliance, and product strategy. Represent product direction and timelines to leadership, clients, and prospects.

Leads Client Services and Account Managers, owns strategic client relationships, drives retention and expansion, manages escalations, develops team performance, and maintains consistent reporting and operational standards. The role requires coaching managers, setting goals, overseeing hiring and onboarding, monitoring client health, interpreting performance data, and collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and engineering.

Leads a pod of Account Coordinators and Account Managers while managing a significant client relationship. Responsibilities include team coaching, performance management, hiring, onboarding, account strategy, renewals, churn prevention, expansion opportunities, escalations, client reporting, and troubleshooting tracking or integration issues. The role also partners cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to improve client outcomes and operational processes.
