Lead FP&A reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling for a SaaS business. Build dashboards, analyze SaaS metrics, drive variance and customer analyses, partner cross-functionally on pricing, compensation, and investor reporting, and integrate AI-enabled tools to improve financial workflows.

Manage assigned SaaS customers through onboarding, relationship management, renewals, and expansion. Drive adoption, monitor health metrics, identify upsell opportunities, collect customer feedback to influence product roadmap, and resolve escalations while maintaining accurate CRM records.
